By accessing or using AI Jury (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.
AI Jury aggregates responses from third-party large language model ("LLM") APIs operated by Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI, and DeepSeek. AI Jury does not generate AI content itself; it routes your queries to your selected providers and presents their responses.
The Service is offered "as is" and without any uptime guarantees. We may modify, add, or discontinue features at any time, subject to the notice requirements in Section 10.
Accounts are created via passwordless email magic-link sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure; anyone with access to your email can authenticate as you. We do not store account passwords.
We currently offer the following plans: Free Trial, BYOK Basic ($10/month), BYOK Pro ($20/month), Standard ($20/month), and Pro ($50/month). Plan features and limits are described on our pricing page.
Use of the Service is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. Without limiting that policy, the following are strictly prohibited:
Violation of this section results in immediate termination of your account without refund.
Plan limits represent the expected monthly usage of a single human user. We reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that exceed 200% of their plan limits in any 24-hour window, or that exhibit non-human request patterns (sustained rates above 1,000 requests per hour, programmatic timing patterns, etc.). Burst protection ensures availability and pricing for all users.
The AI Jury platform, source code, branding, and content (other than your queries and the AI responses) are owned by the Provider. You retain all rights to the queries you submit. AI responses are governed by the terms of the respective AI provider; AI Jury is a pass-through and does not assert ownership over responses.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your queries solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.
AI responses may contain errors, biases, hallucinations, or out-of-date information. We do not verify the accuracy of AI responses and make no representation that they are correct, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.
AI responses are not a substitute for professional advice. Do not rely on AI responses for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other decisions where independent verification is appropriate. The Provider is not liable for any decision made by a user in reliance on AI responses.
We offer no uptime service level agreement. The Service depends on third-party AI providers and infrastructure providers; interruptions in any of those services may interrupt AI Jury. Interruptions do not entitle users to refunds or service credits. We may perform maintenance with or without prior notice.
Plan features, pricing, and limits may change. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to a change, you may cancel before it takes effect.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary: subscription fees are generally non-refundable, with a limited goodwill exception for the initial purchase only, subject to the conditions described in the Refund Policy.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We may terminate or suspend your account for any violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
Grounds for termination expressly include, but are not limited to:
No refund is owed on termination for a violation.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Provider from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your misuse of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual-property or privacy rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country of the user's residence at the time of purchase, subject to the mandatory consumer protection laws of that country. Disputes must first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting hello@askaijury.com; both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute for at least 30 days before any formal action is initiated.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
