This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines acceptable use of AI Jury. It supplements the Terms of Service. Violations result in immediate termination without refund.
2.Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Automated access beyond plan limits — scrapers, bots, or scripted clients exceeding reasonable manual use.
Sharing account credentials. One account corresponds to one human user.
Reselling, rebranding, or repackaging AI Jury access as your own service.
Resharing AI responses commercially or as a free public AI service to third parties.
Reverse-engineering responses for the purpose of training competing AI models.
Generating content that violates the policies of the underlying AI providers (including but not limited to CSAM, weapons-synthesis instructions, malware, exploits, or attack tooling).
Harassment, threats, or targeted abuse of any individual.
Generating content that infringes third-party intellectual-property rights.
Attempting to circumvent rate limits, plan restrictions, or authentication.
Probing or exploiting security vulnerabilities in the Service. Responsible disclosure is welcomed at hello@askaijury.com.
3.Fair Use Definition
Plan limits represent the expected monthly usage of a single human user. Burst usage above 200% of plan limits in any 24-hour window may trigger throttling or suspension. We use automated detection for non-human request patterns (sustained rates above 1,000 requests per hour, regular timing patterns, etc.). Where the picture is ambiguous, throttling is applied before termination.
4.Enforcement
Violations are detected automatically or via user report.
Termination is at our sole discretion.
No refund is owed on termination for an AUP violation.
Severe violations may be reported to the relevant authorities and to the upstream AI providers.
