Refund Policy

1.General Policy

All subscription fees are generally non-refundable. This applies to both initial subscriptions and to all renewal payments. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings to prevent the next billing cycle; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

2.Limited Refund Exception (Initial Purchase Only)

As a matter of goodwill, refunds may be considered within 14 days of your initial purchase only, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

  1. Your usage in the billing period is below 10% of your plan limits (both for quick queries and for debates);
  2. Your account has no history of policy violations under the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy;
  3. The request is made directly by email to hello@askaijury.com (not via chargeback).

Refunds under this exception are granted at our sole discretion. We may refuse requests that appear to be abuse of this policy.

4.Digital Services Consumer Rights

If you are resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom: by subscribing and accessing the Service, you expressly consent to immediate performance of digital services and acknowledge that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal once you have begun using the Service (per EU Directive 2011/83 Article 16(m), and the equivalent provisions of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).

This acknowledgement is collected via consent checkbox at checkout. The Refund Policy described in Section 2 above provides a goodwill alternative that is more generous than the legal requirement.

5.Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact support before initiating any chargeback. Most legitimate refund requests are resolved faster through email than through a payment-card dispute.

A chargeback initiated without prior support contact will result in:

  1. Immediate account termination;
  2. Addition to LemonSqueezy's fraud-prevention list;
  3. Loss of access to all account data.

6.How to Request a Refund

Send an email to hello@askaijury.com from the email address associated with your account. Include:

We aim to respond within 5 business days. If approved, refunds are processed via LemonSqueezy and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
